FUS Support offers a flexible array of support and training services. From annual Technical Support Contracts to
Advanced Setup Services and Training, FUS Support Services has a plan to help your business. We reccommend our
annual Technical Support Contract for every Form-U-Share user, because it give your users access to not only phone,
email, and remote Technical Support but also access to additional online support and resources, product upgrades,
and additional tools and services not available to un-supported users.
Annual Technical Support Contracts
At $120 per user per year, our Annual Technical Support Contracts are very reasonable. As long as your Support
Contract is kept up-to-date, you are entitled to every Form-U-Share update and add-on that is released for your
version of Form-U-Share, at no additional cost. The Support Contracts must be purchased for each licensed user,
so a 3-user Form-U-Share license requires a 3-user Support Contract.
In addition, a current support contract gives you access to the private sections of our support forums, where
additional tools and resources are available to help you install, setup, and train your users. Included in your
support contract is 1 hour of installation/setup services, 2 hours of end-user training and/or setup services per
user, and unlimited technical support. Technical Support consists of troubleshooting any error messages or bugs
that may appear during the use of Form-U-Share, as well as troubleshooting any Security Keys problems that may arise.
Technical Support services cover any errors or bugs that occur during use, including Printing, Reporting, Formulation,
Accounting and Accounting Integration, and other general use error that occur as a result of normal use. If an error
is a result of a mis-configured material group or user settings, troubleshooting repair time will count against the
allotted time for setup services. Additional Training and Setup services are available.
Advanced Installation Services
Additional assistance is available for Installation and Setup, if needed. These services cover installation services
for advanced installations such as Terminal Server and Wide Area Network installations in addition to the services
covered by the support contract. Advanced Installation and Setup Services are purchased on an hourly basis at $49 per
hour. Advanced Installation Services are only available to users with a current Technical Support Contract.
Advanced Setup and Training Services
Our advanced setup and training services are available for users who require additional training or setup assistance beyond
what is included in the support contract. These services are purchased on a per
hour basis. These services cover setup and training for creating and working with material groups,
Inventory, Billing, Accounting and Accounting Integration, Special Reports, etc. The cost for these services is $40 per hour.
In-Person Setup and Training Services
FUS Support also offers in-person training services, in the form of hosted classes here in Florence, Alabama and on-site services
